Sharing Wellio Access with Relief Teachers

How to access your school's Wellio CRT login info:

As an Admin or Teacher, you can access your school's relief teacher login details directly within your Wellio account:

1. In the top right-hand corner, select Settings → School

2. Copy the email and password listed under "Relief teacher login details":

3. Share this login along with other necessary information with your relief teacher(s) prior to class:

   1. Wellio CRT login details (email & password)
   2. The class they'll be teaching
   3. Name of the Wellio lesson to be delivered that day

How do I reset the CRT account's password?

If your CRT login details have been lost, shared externally, or need to be updated for any reason, staff with Wellio Admin permissions can reset the password:

1. Go to Settings → School

2. Under Relief teacher login details, click the two-arrow circle symbol:

3. A new password will be generated – copy and share it with any relief teachers as needed

How do I delete the relief teacher account?

Don't want a relief teacher account at your school? Staff with Wellio Admin permissions can delete it:

1. Go to Settings → School
2. Under Relief teacher login details, select Delete

The account stays deleted, even when your school's subscription renews. Changed your mind? You can create it again from the same page in one click. It gets a new password, so share the new details with your relief teachers.

Tip: The same page also has your school's parent account login, so families can view the lessons your school teaches this year.
