[Getting students started](https://help.wellioeducation.com/getting-started?hsLang=en#getting-students-started) # Accessing Your Wellio Account (for Students) ## This guide will help you log in to Wellio, change your details, and find your class join code if you need it. ### Have you used Wellio before at this school? Your account should be active. To log in to your account, go to: [**app.wellioeducation.com/users/sign\_in**](https://app.wellioeducation.com/users/sign_in) Use your **school email** and the **password** you set when you first activated your account. If there's any issues, contact your teacher or follow the options below. ### 👋 First time using Wellio at this school? **🚨 Before getting started**, check with your teacher which of the following applies to you: - **Scenario A:** [I'm enrolled in a class and need to find my activation email](https://help.wellioeducation.com/accessing-your-wellio-account-for-students#received-email-invite) - **Scenario B:** [I was given a Class Join Code by my teacher](https://help.wellioeducation.com/accessing-your-wellio-account-for-students#join-code) **For teachers** – You will be able to find this in the ***Manage Students*** tab for your class. #### Scenario A: I'm enrolled in a class and need to find my activation email ✉️ - **If this isn’t your first time using Wellio** at this school, your account is already active. You can log in [here](http://app.wellioeducation.com/users/sign_in) using your school email and the password you set previously. - **If this *is* your first time,** your school has already created your account and set up your Wellio class. Verify your email address by following the steps below: 1. Look for this email from Wellio in your inbox (or junk folder) 2. Click the on the **activation link** in the email 3. Set your password (if the option appears) 4. Log in here: **[app.wellioeducation.com/users/sign\_in](http://app.wellioeducation.com/users/sign_in)** 📌 **Using Single Sign-On (SSO)?** If your school uses SSO, you won’t need to activate your account via email. Just go to the login page and sign in with your school credentials! **Can't find your invite?** Ask your teacher to kindly resend it to you. They can do this from their ***Class page*** -\> ***Manage Students*** or in ***Settings***. #### Scenario B: I was given a Class Join Code by my teacher 🔢 If your teacher has given you aclass join code, you’ll need to set up your own Wellio account before getting started. 1. Go to [**app.wellioeducation.com/join**](http://app.wellioeducation.com/join) 2. Enter the **Class Join Code** - this will be a combination of 6 letters & numbers 3. Click ***Join your class*** 4. Complete the steps by filling out your details: 1. School email address (double-check to make sure this is correct!) 2. First name and last name 3. Year level 4. Password 5. Click ***Create my account*** Once you’ve done that, check your email inbox for an **activation link from Wellio** and follow the steps in [Scenario A](https://help.wellioeducation.com/accessing-your-wellio-account-for-students#received-email-invite) to finish setting up your account. #### What if I forgot my password? In the sign-in page, click the **“Forgot your password?”** button and follow the steps for the reset instructions. Your **teacher will give this to you** if you're signing up using a class code.  If you haven’t received one yet, ask your teacher to put this up on the board or share it directly with you.
