We know it's useful to get a list of students who haven't completed a particular survey - whether you need to follow up individually, report to leadership, or check in with specific year groups.
Right now, there's no way to export this directly from the platform. But we can help.
How to get your export
Email support@wellioeducation.com with:
- The name of the survey
We'll get it back to you as soon as we can.
What you can see in-app right now
While you can't export yet, the Responses tab on any published survey shows participation in real time:
- Not started / Started / Completed status for each student
- Search by student name
- Summary counts at the top of the page
This is often enough for quick follow-ups - you can scroll through or search for specific students without needing an export.
