Deleting a User or Class

If a user (teacher or student) needs to be deleted from your school’s Wellio account:

Contact the Wellio Support team at support@wellioeducation.com
Include the following details in your email:
- Full name of the user
- Email address of the user
- Reason for deletion (optional, but helps us process the request quickly)

If you’d like to remove an entire class from Wellio:

Contact support@wellioeducation.com
Include the following details:
- Exact class name (as it appears in Wellio)
- Year level (if applicable)
- Confirmation that you’d like it permanently deleted

If you need a user or class removed from your Wellio account, our Support team can help. At this stage, school admins do not have permission to delete users or classes directly from within the platform.
