# Deleting a User or Class

## Admins can delete a teacher's account directly in Wellio. To delete a student or a class, contact our Support team.

### Deleting a teacher (Admins)

1. Click your initials in the top right-hand corner, then click the ***Teachers*** tab in the side panel.
2. Search for the teacher's name.
3. Click the ***⋮*** menu next to them and select ***Delete account***.
4. Confirm when prompted. This can't be undone.

🔔 **What happens to their classes?** The teacher is removed from all of their classes. The classes themselves stay in Wellio.

### Deleting a student

If a user student needs to be deleted from your school’s Wellio account:

1. Contact the Wellio Support team at **support@wellioeducation.com**
2. Include the following details in your email: 
     - **Full name** of the user
     - **Email address** of the user
     - **Reason for deletion** (optional, but helps us process the request quickly)

### Removing a student from a class

1. Open the class
2. Click ***Manage students***
3. Click the ***…*** menu next to the studen
4. Select ***Remove student from class***. You don't need to contact us for this.

### Deleting a class

If you’d like to remove an entire class from Wellio:

1. Contact **support@wellioeducation.com**
2. Include the following details:
   
     - Exact **class name** (as it appears in Wellio)
     - **Year level** (if applicable)
     - Confirmation that you’d like it permanently deleted
