How to reset your password

Having trouble recalling your password? Don't worry, we've got you sorted.

Simply click here and enter your school email address, and click Send me password reset instructions. You'll then receive an email from us: follow the link in it and create a new password!

If you've followed this process and still haven't received an email from us, try the below steps:

  1. Check your spam folder. Sometimes they're a little hostile 😅. If the email is in spam, make sure to drag it across to your inbox and mark it as "not spam", otherwise the links may be disabled. This also trains your email to accept emails from Wellio in the future.

  2. Double check the email address you entered on the Reset Password page. Is that definitely the email you used to sign up for Wellio? Is it spelled correctly?

  3. Wait a few minutes and come back. Sometimes emails can be a little slow.

  4. If that still isn't working, reach out to our Support team support@wellioeducation.com and we can help out from there.
