How to run a lesson with Wellio as a relief/supply teacher

Wellio lessons are designed to be teacher-led – not independent student work. You’ll guide the class through the slides using the built-in prompts and activities.

Each Wellio lesson includes:

• Clear instructions for you as the relieving teacher
• Group discussion questions
• Optional hands-on or interactive activities

For wellbeing lessons, your role is to facilitate discussion. No subject knowledge needed, and everything you need is right in the lesson!

Here's a walkthrough demonstrating the steps to log in to Wellio as a CRT:

How to log in to Wellio:

1. With the login details for the school's Relief Teacher Account, head to the Wellio Sign In page
2. Fill out the details with the CRT login info you were provided by the school
   
   
3. Click Continue 
4. To begin teaching your lesson, proceed with the next set of steps below.
   

Find the class you're teaching

1. Under the Classes page, select All Classes
   
   
2. Search for the the class that you are covering, and select your Class Name
   
   
   
   
3. From here, select the lesson that you will be delivering
   
   
4. Read the Overview, and when you're ready, click the Present Mode button to get underway

No student devices?

Depending on how Wellio is set up at the school, the students may or may not have their own Wellio accounts. If they do, we'd recommend asking them to:

1. Log in to Wellio at the start of class
2. Click into the lesson you'll be working through together
3. Close the lid of their devices until it's time for them to engage via the interactive questions/activities embedded in the lessons
