Why can't I submit my survey?

If you're trying to complete a survey in Wellio and you're having trouble clicking the Submit button or you're seeing an error message, here's what you need to know.

🚫 I can't click the Submit button

The Submit button will stay disabled until you’ve completed all questions in the survey.

  1. Have you answered every question?
    Surveys require every question to be completed before you can submit.

  2. Still can’t submit?
    Scroll back through the survey to check if you’ve accidentally skipped a question.

  3. Ready to go?
    Once every question is filled out, scroll to the bottom and click Submit to finish.

 

🔐 "You don't have the permissions to perform this action"

If you see an error message, this means the survey has closed.

You'll need to ask your school’s Wellio coordinator to reopen or extend the survey if they still want you to complete it.
