Why do I see a Student Readiness screen when I click "Present" lesson?
What is the Student Readiness screen for?
It's a check-in step built into Present mode, not a separate page. It lets you confirm who's joined before you move into the lesson content - handy for making sure no one's left waiting at the start.

If you're seeing it instead of your lesson, it usually just means you haven't clicked through to start presenting yet.
How to start presenting:
-
From the lesson's Preview page, look to the top right corner of the screen and click the purple Present button.

-
You'll see the Student Readiness screen - this is a normal part of Present mode. It shows you which students have joined the lesson so far.

- Optional: Click Send login links to prompt students to sign in via email. You can also use Manage Students to add any missing students to the class, if need be.
As soon as a student opens this week's lesson on their own device (either via the login link, or by logging in any other way), their card lights up and flips to Ready - no need to refresh the page. -
When you're ready to begin the lesson, click to the next slide using the mouse or the right-arrow key.
