# Cara menambah Siswa ke Wellio

## Untuk mempergunakan Wellio (menggunakan perangkat), Siswa perlu memiliki akun Wellio Aktif

Ada 3 cara untuk mengundang Siswa ke Wellio

- [Kirim Undangan secara massal (hanya dapat dilakukan oleh Admin)](https://help.wellioeducation.com/id/enrolment-portal?hsLang=id)
- [Kirim Undangan menggunakan email](https://help.wellioeducation.com/id/student-setup#Email)
- [Menggunakan Kode Kelas](https://help.wellioeducation.com/id/student-setup#classcode)<https://help.wellioeducation.com/id/student-setup#classcode>

Dalam kebanyakan kasus, **mendaftarkan siswa secara massal di awal tahun ajaran** akan membuat proses pembelajaran di kelas berjalan lebih lancar.

Namun, jika kelas Anda sudah dibuat di Wellio atau beberapa siswa sudah mulai menggunakan Wellio, Anda mungkin lebih memilih untuk **mengundang siswa satu per satu** atau memberikan mereka **kode kelas** untuk memudahkan proses pendaftaran.

### Kirim email Undangan untuk siswa

 Langkah-langkah berikut untuk menambahkan beberapa siswa ke kelas sesuai kebutuhan:

 

1\. Buka **Kelas** dimana siswa akan didaftarkan.

 2\. Klik **Kelola Siswa,** untuk melihat semua siswa yang sudah terdaftar di kelas

3\. Klik tombol ungu **Tambah Siswa**

4\. Klik "Undang melalui email"

5\. Cari nama siswa di kolom pencarian.

 Jika Siswa sudah pernah aktivasi akun sebelumnya, maka nama siswa akan muncul dalam daftar pencarian. Lalu klik **Tambahkan mereka ke kelas ini**.

6\. Jika siswa belum pernah terdaftar, klik **Tidak menemukannya, Tambah Siswa Baru**

7\. Isi data sesuai kolom, lalu klik **Undang Siswa**

8\. Siswa akan menerima email untuk verifikasi akun.

### **Menggunakan Kode Kelas**

1\. Buka **Kelas** dimana siswa akan didaftarkan.

2\. Klik **Kelola Siswa,** untuk melihat semua siswa yang sudah terdaftar di kelas

3\. Klik tombol ungu **Tambah Siswa**

3\. Klik Opsi "Kode Kelas"

 4\. Bagikan tautan kepada siswa, bersama "Kode Kelas": **https://app.wellioeducation.com/joinSSO Set-Up**

 

Klik untuk melihat langkah untuk Siswa [bergabung dengan menggunakan Kode Kelas](https://help.wellioeducation.com/id/accessing-your-wellio-account-for-students?hsLang=id)

 

Jika sekolah menggunakan SSO, siswa tidak perlu melakukan verifikasi email sama sekali. Siswa dapat langsung login menggunakan akun sekolah dan otomatis akan masuk ke dalam platform Wellio.
