Wellio’s Usage Analytics view helps school leaders and teachers understand how Wellio is being used over time, making sure you get the most out of your program.
Where can I find this?
- Navigate to the Insights tab (formerly called Progress)
- Select Usage Analytics
💡 Tip: The Usage Analytics page is a great way to:

Sequence Health Check
This gives you a snapshot by Year Level, helping you quickly identify which classes are keeping pace, and which may be falling behind.
For each year level, you’ll see:

The average number of lessons completed in the past 30 days
-
The total number of lessons in the sequence
-
A flag for classes falling behind
A class is considered behind if it’s 3+ lessons behind the median of other classes in the same sequence.

Below the Sequence Health Check, you’ll find interactive graphs showing your Usage Graphs:

These charts let you track usage trends by month, term, or year — helping you answer questions like:

Are we doing more this term than last?

Has usage dropped since the school holidays?

How many questions are students engaging with Wellio week-to-week?
Lessons Completed Overview
At the bottom of the page, you’ll see a cumulative Lessons Completed summary.
This shows the total number of lessons completed across all sequences, helping you see how activity is scaling over time.
