View School Usage and Engagement in Wellio

Wellio’s Usage Analytics view helps school leaders and teachers understand how Wellio is being used over time, making sure you get the most out of your program.

Where can I find this?

  • Navigate to the Insights tab (formerly called Progress)
  • Select Usage Analytics

💡 Tip: The Usage Analytics page is a great way to:

  • Spot trends in lesson engagement

  • Catch classes that are falling behind early

  • Motivate staff with visible progress data

Sequence Health Check

This gives you a snapshot by Year Level, helping you quickly identify which classes are keeping pace, and which may be falling behind.

For each year level, you’ll see:

  • The average number of lessons completed in the past 30 days

  • The total number of lessons in the sequence

  • A flag for classes falling behind

A class is considered behind if it’s 3+ lessons behind the median of other classes in the same sequence.

Usage Graphs

Below the Sequence Health Check, you’ll find interactive graphs showing your Usage Graphs:

  • Lessons Completed

  • Questions Answered

These charts let you track usage trends by month, term, or year — helping you answer questions like:

  • Are we doing more this term than last?

  • Has usage dropped since the school holidays?

  • How many questions are students engaging with Wellio week-to-week?

Lessons Completed Overview

At the bottom of the page, you’ll see a cumulative Lessons Completed summary.

This shows the total number of lessons completed across all sequences, helping you see how activity is scaling over time.
