Turning on Setup Mode temporarily holds all account activation invitations. This lets you safely add accounts, classes, and sequences without the risk of staff or students accessing the platform before you're ready. We recommend activating Setup Mode at the **beginning of your planning process** and disabling it right before your staff training session - so all invitations for students and staff go out at the right time. ### "Submit & Invite Students" vs "Setup Mode" (Enrolment Portal) When completing your class enrolment in Wellio, you'll see two options: - ***Submit & Invite Students*** - ***Turn ON setup mode and submit*** #### Use this comparison table to help you choose what's best: | | Submit & Invite Students | Setup Mode | | --- | --- | --- | | Adds users to Wellio | ✅ Yes | ✅ Yes | | Sends activation invite emails immediately | ✅ Yes | ❌ No - held until Setup Mode is turned OFF | | Best for rolling out Wellio immediately | ✅ Yes | ❌ No | | Best for setting up in advance | ❌ No | ✅ Yes |   ### How to turn on Setup Mode manually: 1. But **you can still manually invite individual users** from the Teachers or Students pages in ***Settings*** – they'll receive the invite email as normal.
