How to activate your teacher account

Learn how to activate your teacher account to get started with Wellio.

For you to sign up for a teacher account in Wellio, you'll need to be invited by:

  • Another teacher at your school with Admin access to Wellio, or
  • Someone from the Wellio team.

Once you've been invited, you'll receive an email from support@wellioeducation.com with a link to activate your account.

Important: If you're expecting to receive your activation email from us and haven't received it yet, please double-check your junk and spam email folders before reaching out to us at support@wellioeducation.com.

  1. Open your activation email from Wellio.

  2. Click Sign in.

  3. You’ll be signed in to Wellio straight away. There’s no password to set.
  4. Once your teacher account is set up, you're all set to dive into your classes, enrol students using the unique class codes, and conduct lessons with Wellio.

I'm a student, but I have a teacher account

If you're a student and your email was set up as a teacher account by mistake, you can't switch it to a student account or reset it yourself. We'll remove the teacher account so you can log in as a student instead.

  1. Email support@wellioeducation.com from your school email and ask us to remove your teacher account.
  2. Once we confirm it's been removed, ask your teacher for your class code.
  3. Join your class with the class code. You'll now log in as a student.
