If a student hasn't activated their account, teachers can re-send their activation emails to ensure they can access their account.
Resend student invite email
- Navigate to the Class that your students are enrolled.
- Click the Manage Students button to view the list of students in your class:
- Click on Re-send invites to send a new verification email to students who have not yet activated their accounts
- The pending students will receive an email containing a link to verify their email address and complete their account activation.
Handy tip: Toggle the Only show pending button to see all students who have yet to activate their accounts in your class.
Reset a student’s password
- Navigate to the Class where your students are enrolled.
- Click the Manage Students button to view the list of students.
- Locate the student’s name and click Reset under the Password column.
- The student will receive an email with instructions on how to reset their password.
