Student hasn’t activated their account

If a student hasn't activated their account, teachers can re-send their activation emails to ensure they can access their account.

Resend student invite email

  1. Navigate to the Class that your students are enrolled.
  2. Click the Manage Students button to view the list of students in your class:

  3. Click on Re-send invites to send a new verification email to students who have not yet activated their accounts


  4. The pending students will receive an email containing a link to verify their email address and complete their account activation.

Handy tip: Toggle the Only show pending button to see all students who have yet to activate their accounts in your class.

Reset a student’s password

  1. Navigate to the Class where your students are enrolled.
  2. Click the Manage Students button to view the list of students.
  3. Locate the student’s name and click Reset under the Password column.
  4. The student will receive an email with instructions on how to reset their password.
