# Accessing Student Profiles

## Quickly understand a student’s progress, wellbeing, and engagement over time – all in one place.

### What is the Student Profile?

Student Profiles provide a centralised view of each student’s activity and wellbeing in Wellio.

Teachers and admins can use these profiles to:

- Track lesson and survey completion
- View student responses (where appropriate)
- Monitor wellbeing trends over time
- Identify areas for follow-up and support

 

### How to access a Student Profile

1. In the navigation bar, click ***Insights*** -\> ***Students***
2. Select or search for a student in the search bar
3. Click ***View*** to see their profile:

### What data can I see about a student?

### **🧑‍🏫 Lessons**

- A full list of lessons the student has completed this academic year
- Click ***View*** to see their lesson responses

### 🌱 **Snapshot**

A quick overview of their wellbeing based on recent surveys:

- **Top 3** and **bottom 3** contributing factors across all indexes

### 📈 **Index Score & Trends**

Graphs showing patterns – like dips in confidence, stress increases, or improvement across time:

- **Wellbeing Skills Index**
- **School Climate Index**

### 📝 **Surveys**

A complete list of surveys the student has completed

- Drill-down access to responses (unless the survey is confidential)

### **Can I see responses to all surveys?**

You’ll be able to view responses to any non-confidential surveys the student has completed.

### **Can students see their own profiles?**

No – this feature is only available to teachers and admins.
