There are three options for enrolling students on the Wellio platform:
In most instances, enrolling students in bulk at the start of the academic year creates the smoothest classroom experience. If your classes are already set up on the platform, or some students in your class are already underway, you may prefer to invite students individually or provide them with a class code for seamless enrolment.
Send out email invitations to students

You can use this workflow to add multiple students to your class, as needed.

Click into the Class that you would like to enrol students in.

Click onto the Manage Students button to view all of the students who have signed up to your class:

Invite students onto the platform by clicking on the purple Invite Students button.

Click on the Invite via email option:

Use the search bar to find student(s) and add them to your class.

If the student's name does not appear, you can add them by clicking on: Can't find them? Add a new student:

Fill out the student's details and click on the purple Invite Student button:

Students will receive an email from Wellio that includes a link to activate their account and sign in.

Click into the Class that you would like to enrol students in.

Click on the Use a class code option:

Steps for students using Class Codes:
- Go to the Wellio website and click Join class:
- Enter in the class code from your teacher:
- Enter your school email address:
- Check your email for the sign-in code:
- Click Join your class or copy and paste the code below:
- Fill out your student details and click Next:
Note: Providing accurate information in this form is crucial for a seamless sign-up process.
- You'll be re-directed to your Classes page, where you'll see your assigned classes and any existing surveys or assessments to complete:
If students run into any trouble, please check that they:
- Use their school email address (and it has been spelled correctly).
- Choose the correct year level. If the class has only one year level, it's already selected.
- Check their inbox (and junk folder) for the sign-in email from Wellio. Codes expire after 20 minutes.

FAQ
Can a student be enrolled in more than one class?
Yes. A student can be enrolled in multiple classes, and there is no limit on the number of classes a student can be part of.
What if my school uses Single Sign-On (SSO)?
If your school has integrated Single Sign-On with Wellio, students won't require email verification. Instead, they'll be redirected to log in with their school-associated email address and password. Subsequently, their Wellio account will seamlessly synchronize with their school email account!
