[Insights](https://help.wellioeducation.com/insights?hsLang=en) # Finding lessons for your survey results with Coach ## Coach reads your school's latest survey and suggests lessons from your library for the areas your students scored lowest on, so you can add them straight into your sequences. **Coach is for school admins.** It's being switched on for UK schools first. Australian schools get it after their Term 1 2027 baseline survey. ### What does Coach do? For each of your sequences, Coach looks at your most recent survey and picks the **two areas your students scored lowest on**. It then suggests up to **five lessons** for each area from your school's own library. Coach matches lessons to the individual survey questions behind each area, not just the area's name, so the suggestions target what your students actually said. ### How to add a suggested lesson to a sequence 1. In the top navigation bar, click ***Insights***, then ***Surveys***. 2. Select your most recent survey and click ***View Report***. 3. Open the ***Heatmap*** tab. 4. Find the sequence you want to update. You'll see its two lowest-scoring areas and the lessons suggested for each. 5. Drag a lesson into the sequence to add it. ### Don't want a suggestion? You can hide any lesson you don't want, and it won't be suggested for that area again. ### Sequence view and year level view Coach measures results **by sequence**, because one year level can be taught across more than one sequence. If you switch to the year level view, two different groups of students may be averaged together. ### Why can't I see any suggestions? - **Your survey is from last year.** Suggestions belong to the survey's academic year, so they don't appear against a new year's sequences. Run a new survey (for example, your next baseline survey) to get suggestions for this year. - **Your survey hasn't closed yet.** The report is only available once the survey has closed.
