[Onboarding](https://help.wellioeducation.com/for-admins?hsLang=en#onboarding) # Using the Tasks page ## Checklists in Tasks are designed to help your school get set up quickly and stay on track throughout the year. They outline key tasks, show who’s responsible, and make it easy to monitor your school’s progress. ### 🏫 School Admin Checklists (Shared) If you're a school admin, you'll have access to a shared checklist for your school’s setup. You’ll find it under the ***Tasks*** tab in the top navigation. ![Screenshot 2025-11-03 at 5.04.38 PM](https://help.wellioeducation.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202025-11-03%20at%205.04.38%20PM.png?width=589&height=435&name=Screenshot%202025-11-03%20at%205.04.38%20PM.png) This checklist includes: - Essential onboarding and planning tasks (e.g. your annual Planning Form) - Grouped task categories (e.g. Technical Setup, Staff Training) - Clear due dates and assigned task owners - A countdown to rollout so you know what’s urgent ### Managing your Tasks 1. Go to the ***Tasks*** tab in your top navigation header. 2. **See who's involved:** Admin avatars appear at the top.
