1. Building a sequence
You can tailor the lessons in your sequence to suit the needs of your student population! This in-built flexibility allows your to add and remove lessons to your sequences throughout the year. Each term, we will send you revised and fresh lessons to keep you up-to-date with the newest additions to our lesson library!
Creating a sequence from scratch using the lessons in our library is a simple three step process!

2. Using the progress dashboard
The progress dashboard gives school leaders the ability to oversee implementation of their wellbeing program in real time, and support classroom teachers with the delivery of Wellio in their classrooms.
You can use the progress dashboard to easily track your students' progress and view their responses to various tasks and questions.
This feature allows you to gain valuable insights into each student's understanding and perspective of the topic being discussed, enabling you to provide targeted support and intervention when necessary.
Through the use of review mode, educators can proficiently oversee students' learning progression and make well-informed decisions to monitor their welfare.

3. Setting up your teacher account
Look out for an email from support@wellioeducation.com inviting you to activate your account!

4. Class and teacher and student enrolment
At the start of the academic year, use our bulk enrolment tool to set classes up across the school and make it easy for classroom teachers to get started on Wellio.
Before completing the teacher and class enrolment please create the sequences which will by the classes being created. Click here to learn how to create a sequence.
Enrolling teachers and staff is an important step in setting up your school's account. This guide will walk you through the process step by step.
To streamline the student enrolment process and prevent any issues with typos or forgotten passwords, we have implemented a student enrolment portal. Learn how you can easily upload students in bulk to the Wellio platform here. Once the upload is complete, students will receive an email with a link to set their password.
5. Inviting additional teachers
Utilise your administrative account to onboard new teachers onto your Wellio platform at any point during the year.

6. Delivering your first lesson on Wellio & Best practice guide to using Wellio
Before you start delivering a lesson with Wellio, there are a few things you should do to ensure a smooth and successful experience. These include (1) Preparing for your lesson (2) Reviewing the lesson overview and (3) Reviewing the lesson itself. 7. Resetting student passwords & managing student accounts
As a teacher, you have the ability to reset a students password and email address for them. This is helpful if students can't access their accounts because they can't remember the exact email address or password which they used to sign up with!

8. Finding relief teacher account log in details
1. Click on your initials in the top right hand corner
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on School Account
4. Click on the 'Email' to copy, and the 'Password' to copy, and send to your relief teachers!
