Why am I seeing Start a Free Trial on my account?

Why you’re seeing the “Start a Free Trial” page

If you’re a student and you see a “Start a Free Trial” screen, it usually means your email was once used to set up a teacher preview/trial account (usually by accident) that has since expired. That expired preview leaves your account disabled, so Wellio thinks you’re a trial teacher instead of a student.

What you need to do (2 quick steps)

  1. Reach out to support@wellioeducation.com - send us your school email (and any other user emails seeing the same screen).
  2. After we confirm it’s reactivated, clear your browser cookies/cache, then you can log in again.
