Why did my classes disappear from the Progress Dashboard?

If your classes have disappeared from the Progress Dashboard, it's likely due to a change in the academic year setting on your sequence.

What happened?

When you edit an existing sequence and change the academic year (e.g. from 2025 to 2026), you're effectively moving that sequence out of the current academic year. This breaks the link between your classes and their original progress, causing those classes to disappear from your dashboard view.

How to restore class progress:

  1. Edit the sequence again

    • Go back to the sequence and change the academic year back to the original one (e.g. revert it from 2026 to 2025).

  2. Copy the sequence instead

    • Once you've restored the original version, you can copy the sequence to the new academic year using the “Copy existing” feature.

      1. From your Home screen, click the Sequences tab in the top navigation bar.

        You'll be able to select between two different views:
        1. List View – shows your existing sequences
        2. Calendar View – shows how lessons are spread across the year
      2. Click the + icon in the top right:

      1. Click Copy Existing

      2. Select the sequence you want to duplicate
      3. Click Copy to current academic year
