Why hasn't my lesson been marked as delivered?

Not seeing “Delivered” in the Progress Dashboard? Here’s what to check.

1. Not enough time was spent in Present Mode

  • A lesson must be actively presented for at least 20 minutes for it to be marked as Delivered.

  • If you spent between 10–20 minutes, it will show as Started, but not Delivered.

  • If you spent less than 10 minutes, it may not register as Started or Delivered at all.

2. You exited the lesson too early

  • If you accidentally closed the tab or moved away from Present Mode before enough time passed, the system won’t record it as delivered.

3. You're in Device-Free Mode

  • In Device-Free mode, student responses aren’t tracked. The delivery status depends solely on presentation time.

💡 Tip: Always finish presenting the full lesson to ensure it’s recorded correctly.

What does “Actively Presented” mean?

To be marked as Delivered, the lesson must remain your active browser tab while presenting. If you click away (e.g. to open another file or email), the timer pauses. Make sure to click back into the lesson screen so presentation time continues tracking.

I’ve followed all the steps, but my lesson still isn’t marked as complete?

If you believe you completed the lesson fully but it’s still not marked as delivered, please contact Wellio Support and include the class name and lesson name.
