Why hasn't my lesson been marked as delivered?

How does Wellio track lesson progress?

Wellio marks a lesson as Delivered based on active lesson time - not simply whether the lesson was opened.

The lesson must remain your active browser tab while presenting. If you click away (e.g. to open another file or email), the timer pauses.

Make sure to click back into the lesson screen so presentation time continues tracking.

What if my class doesn't use devices?

In Device-Free mode, student responses aren’t tracked. The delivery status still depends on presentation time.

I’ve followed all the steps, but my lesson still isn’t marked as complete?

If you believe you completed the lesson fully but it’s still not marked as delivered, please contact support@wellioeducation.com and include the class name and lesson.
