Configuring term dates for Northern/Southern Hemisphere schools
Align Wellio's terms, lessons, and reporting with your school's academic year - including Northern Hemisphere calendars that run August to June.
Wellio is built to support schools all over the world.
By default, new accounts are set up against the Australian school year (late January to mid-December), but if your school runs on a different academic calendar – for example, an August 2026 to June 2027 year used by many international schools in Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK, the US, and Europe – we can switch this over for you.
How to request a term configuration change
Send an email to our Support team at support@wellioeducation.com letting us know you'd like your school set up on a Northern/Southern Hemisphere academic year.
🔒 This request should come from a teacher or staff member with Admin-level access to Wellio. We'll only action calendar changes on instruction from a school admin, as it affects the whole school's setup.
