      How to edit an existing sequence

      Adapt your wellbeing program to suit the evolving needs of students throughout the year by adding new lessons to your cohort's sequences.

      Only Wellio admin members have the ability to complete these steps. If you are a teacher looking to include a specific lesson in your current sequence, please contact the Wellio coordinator at your school for assistance.

      Use the tools in Wellio to:

      Add lessons to your sequence

       

      Make the most of the Wellio library by adding new lessons to your sequence:

       

      1. From your home screen, select Sequences from the toolbar at the top of the screen.

      2. Click into the sequence in question.

      3. Click Edit on the right-hand side of the screen.


      4. Add lessons by clicking Library within the Sequence Builder. 

      5. Use the search bar, year level filter, and category filter to find a lesson of interest. 

      6. Click onto the (+) sign at the top of the lesson of interest to add it to your sequence. 

      7. Once the lesson has been successfully added to your sequence, the (+) sign will change to a checkmark.

      8. The number of lessons in the sequence will increase. 

      9. The added lesson will now appear in the list of lessons within your sequence.

      • The lesson will automatically be at the bottom of the lesson list.

      Remove or hide a lesson in your sequence 

      Streamline the sequence for classroom teachers and their students by hiding lessons that have already been completed, or are planned for upcoming terms.

      By keeping lessons hidden from your sequence until they're relevant for classes, you can ensure a seamless and organised teaching and learning experience.

      Hidden lessons aren't visible to classroom teachers or students but will still appear in the Progress Dashboard for Admins.

       

      Discover how to hide and unhide a lesson in your sequence:

        

      1. Log in to your account and click into the Sequences tab in the main menu across the top.

      2. Click into the sequence which you would like to hide a lesson from. 

      3. Click on the purple Edit button located in the right hand side.

      4. Find the lesson you wish to hide, then click on the three dots at the top of the lesson.

      5. Click Hide lesson.

      6. Repeat this process for all of the lessons you'd like to hide in the sequence. When you're happy with the changes, click Save.

      Unhiding Lessons

      When you are ready to unveil the hidden lessons, simply follow these steps to make them visible in your sequence.

      1. From Edit mode, click View X hidden lessons.

      2. Again, click onto the three dots and select Unhide lesson to make the lesson viewable in your sequence.

      3. Click Save.

       

      Rearrange the order of lessons in your sequence

      Rearrange the order of lessons by dragging and dropping the lessons into your desired arrangement.

       

       

      Arrange lessons in your sequence with Term Headers 

      Organise lessons in your sequence under the Term that you want to run the lesson in.
