I can't login
Can’t access your Wellio account? Don’t worry - here are the most common login issues and how to fix them.
I didn’t receive an invite email
Step 1: Check your inbox
- Look in your junk or spam folder — sometimes school filters block unfamiliar senders.
- Confirm the invite was sent to the correct school email address.
- If you're a student: check with your teacher.
- If you're a teacher: check with your school's Wellio leader.
Step 2: Resend the invite
Still can’t find the email? Ask your teacher or admin to resend your invite.

You may need to manually add them – follow these steps to add a new student
Step 3: Check if Wellio is blocked
If your school’s internet filter is blocking emails, we recommend asking your IT team to whitelist the Wellio domain: wellioeducation.com
This ensures invite and login emails reach staff and students smoothly.
You see a “You have a pending invitation” error

This means your account hasn’t been activated yet.

Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an invitation email from Wellio.

Click the link in the email to create your account and set a password.
You see a “The invitation token provided is not valid” error

This means you’ve already activated your account.

Try logging in directly at wellioeducation.com/login using your email and password.

Forgot your password? Click Forgot password on the login screen to reset it.
