If you were expecting a Wellio activation email but haven’t received it yet, try the steps below to get back on track.
Step 1: Check your inbox
- Look in your junk or spam folder — sometimes school filters block unfamiliar senders.
- Confirm the invite was sent to the correct school email address.
If you're a student: check with your teacher.
If you're a teacher: check with your school's Wellio leader.
Step 2: Resend the invite
Still can’t find the email? Ask your teacher or admin to resend your invite.

You may need to manually add them – follow these steps to add a new student
Step 3: Check if Wellio is blocked
If your school’s internet filter is blocking emails, we recommend asking your IT team to whitelist the Wellio domain: wellioeducation.com
This ensures invite and login emails reach staff and students smoothly.
