My lesson says Scheduled but won't open
If a lesson in your sequence shows as Scheduled but you're unable to click into it, this usually means the item has been added as an Activity rather than a Wellio lesson.
Activities are used to flag events like assemblies, guest speakers, workshops, public holidays, exams, and other calendar events. They're often set up by your Wellio coordinator to represent an off-platform task – so there's no linked Wellio lesson to open, which is why the tile won't take you anywhere when clicked.
How to tell the difference
Hover over the tile and check for a description or link. Admins can personalise Activity tiles with a custom colour, title, description, or link, so any off-platform instructions for that week may already be there.
What to do next
If the tile doesn't include the detail you need, we'd recommend reaching out to your Wellio coordinator to confirm what's planned for that week. As they manage the sequence, they'll be able to tell you exactly what the scheduled task involves.
