Where do I find assessment results?
Find your students' assessment results under Insights, check which classes have completed them, and download the results.
🔒 Insights is only available to admins. If you can't see it, check with your school's Wellio coordinator.
Assessment results are kept in one place for your whole school, under Insights, not inside your sequence. This article is for admins.
How to find your assessment results
- Click Insights in the top navigation bar.
- Select Assessments. You'll see every assessment at your school, with its pre and post dates and their status.
- Click an assessment's title. Under Classes, you'll see how many students in each class have completed it.
- To save the results, click Download results.
Why can't I see Insights or Assessments?
Insights is only available to admins. If you're a teacher, ask your school's Wellio coordinator to check results for you, or to make you an admin. See Managing teacher permissions.
Students haven't completed the assessment yet?
Assessments appear in each class on their scheduled dates, but students can't start them until a teacher unlocks them. Open the class, find the week the assessment is scheduled for, and select Unlock. If it's the current week, it appears at the top of the Class page.
