Where do I find assessment results?
Check which classes have completed an assessment, and download your students' individual answers as a spreadsheet.
Results are kept with the assessment, not in your sequence. Where you'll find them depends on whether you're an admin or a teacher.
How to find results (For Admins)
- Click Insights in the top navigation bar, then select Assessments. You'll see every assessment at your school, with its pre and post dates and their status.
- Click an assessment's title. Under Classes, you'll see each class's progress. For a pre and post-assessment, use the tabs to switch between the two. The count includes any student who has answered at least one question, so it can be higher than the number who've finished.
- To save the results, click Download results. This button appears while the assessment is unlocked, and once its scheduled week has ended.
At a device-free school? You won't see progress or Download results here, as Wellio can't track paper answers. If your students did answer in Wellio, a teacher can download results from the class page once it shows as Completed, or contact Support.
How to find results (For Teachers)
- Click Classes and open your class.
- Find the assessment. Once it shows as Completed, click Download results.
Your class shows as Completed once at least 80% of students have answered at least 80% of the questions. Not there yet? Ask your school's Wellio coordinator to download the results from Insights.
How do I see each student's answers?
Open the Download results spreadsheet in Excel or Google Sheets. There's one row per student and one column per question. If you download from Insights, the pre and post-assessments are on separate sheets.
Can I view assessment data without downloading it?
Not yet. In Wellio you can see how many students in each class have started answering, but individual answers are only in the spreadsheet.
Why can't I see Insights or Assessments?
Insights is only available to admins. If you're a teacher, use the steps above or ask your school's Wellio coordinator to make you an admin.
There aren't any results yet
- Did students complete it on their devices? If the assessment hasn't been unlocked, students can't start it. See how to run an assessment with your class.
- Did you run it on paper? Wellio can't track paper answers, so there won't be results to download. See how to run an assessment on paper.
Students completed it but you still can't see their results? Contact Wellio Support with your class name and the assessment - we'll take a look for you.
